General principle: All donations made to Shree Veda Bhakta Sabha Trust are voluntary contributions toward a charitable and spiritual mission. As a general rule, donations are non-refundable once processed, as the funds are immediately allocated to ongoing Patashala operations, Annadanam, and Vedic activities.
Once a donation is submitted and payment is processed through Razorpay, it cannot be cancelled through the website. If you believe you have made a donation in error — for example, you donated twice, entered the wrong amount, or experienced a technical issue — please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make every reasonable effort to review your request. However, cancellation cannot be guaranteed if the funds have already been disbursed toward Trust activities.
We may consider a refund only in the following genuine circumstances:
Refund requests made on grounds of personal change of mind, financial circumstances, or disagreement with how funds are allocated are not eligible for refund, as all charitable contributions are voluntary and made with full knowledge of their purpose.

If your payment was deducted from your bank account or card but you did not receive a donation receipt, please do not attempt to donate again immediately. Contact us with your payment details and we will investigate with Razorpay within 3 business days. In most cases, failed transaction amounts are automatically reversed by the payment gateway within 5–7 business days.
